MS Biotechnology

Graduate work leading to the Master of Science degree in Biotechnology and Chemical Science is intended to prepare students for work in a variety of professional settings, or for further graduate study in related fields. This is an interdisciplinary graduate program in which a student may concentrate primarily in either biotechnology or in chemistry. The emphasis of the program is to develop practical laboratory skills and a strong conceptual foundation in the crossover disciplines of biotechnology, analytical chemistry and biochemistry.
