The 2009-10 academic year is one of the most exciting in Roosevelt history. Forty-two new full-time faculty joined our community--the largest and most diverse new faculty class since our founding. We welcome them to a faculty of distinguished teachers, scholars, and passionate activists in service to our communities.

The First Year Faculty Experience is a program of the CTL that intends to enhance the success of the full-time faculty using a community of practice model which builds social as well as professional connections. This faculty-to-faculty conversation emphasizes the role of RU academic leadership in defining challenges facing full-time faculty and creating pathways to success for incoming faculty.
