Fill in the Blank answers are evaluated based on an exact text match. Accordingly, it is important to keep the answers simple and limited to as few words as possible.

1. Open the Test Canvas for an assessment. Select Fill in the Blank from the question type drop-down list. Click Go.  

2. Enter the Question Text. (Assign a Point Value and complete the partial credit options if necessary.  

6. Enter all of the possible answers to the question.

5. Enter any correct or incorrect feedback

6. Enter any categories and keywords.

 7. Click Submit to add the question to the assessment.
