Create a Survey

1. Click on Control Panel


2. Click on Survey Manager



3. Click on Add Survey

4. Type in a name of the test. Type in a description (Use formatting if necessary). Type in instructions (Use formatting if necessary)




5. Click Submit



6. Select the question type from the "Add” Drop Down menu (Ie: Multiple Choice, Short Answer, Ordering)




7. Click Go

8.  You would add questions the same way you would adding questions for a test.  Click here for instructions on adding each type of question.
