Communicating

Emailing Single/ Select Users; Single/ Select Groups; Single/ Select Observers

1. Click on Communication from the left menu.  (If this item is not on your menu you will need to add it by going to Control Panel/ Manage Course Menu/ Tool Link/ select Communications from the drop down menu/ Submit)

2. Click on Send Email

3. Click on the function you would like to send to ie: all users, select users and etc.

4. After clicking on the select/single users and etc. Select the student you would like to email by highlighting their name under the “Available to Select” column. (To select more than one name hold down the CTRL key while selecting other names) Click on the small > sign to move the selected items to the right “selected” box.


5. Type in a Subject and Message.

6. (Optional) If you would like to add an attachment, click on “Attach a File.” 



7. Click Browse. Navigate to the area on your computer where your file is located.


8. Select the file and click Open.

9. Click Submit
