Roosevelt University offers members of the armed services and their immediate families the outstanding academic programs they want and the flexibility they need. RUOnline, Roosevelt’s fully online program, has been recognized for academic excellence and distinctive student service. You study with the same Roosevelt faculty who teach on campus who are committed to their academic disciplines, to excellent teaching, and most of all, to their students. In addition, you have a single-point-of-contact who will be your liaison to the university, one call or email for the information or assistance you need.

Undergraduate students 24 years of age and older can earn a certificate or a complete degree in Organizational Leadership in up to one-third less time than a traditional bachelor's degree. Roosevelt's Bachelor of Professional Studies program is a fully accredited, 40-year old program that honors the learning adults have achieved. It blends an interdisciplinary general education program with a powerful major in Organizational Leadership,  preparing leaders for a global society. Through courses such as communication, conflict resolution, change management, and diversity, you will learn the skills you need to lead any organization into the future. Students interested in a master's degree can earn the Bachelor of Professional Studies and the Master of Arts in Training and Development in the time it would take to earn a traditional bachelor’s degree.

Graduate students study with industry leaders in a program the American Society for Training and Development's T&D Magazine named as one of "six exemplary online university programs." The Graduate Program in Training and Development offers two learning paths as it prepares experts in the field of workplace learning and performance: A Master of Arts in Training and Development (MATD) and graduate certificates in training and development, instructional design, e-learning, performance consulting, and online teaching. All certificates can be applied to the master’s program.
