Psychological testing including
- development, use and interpretation of emotional questionnaires
- intellectual tests and neuropsychological evaluations
- projective tests
The use of computers in psychology
The performance of ethnic groups, particularly Hispanics, on psychological
tests
Current Research Projects:
The Emotional Assessment System (EAS) -- Development of a computer-based adaptive test
to measure personality and emotional symptoms
- Evaluation of current EAS items (determination of item severity, effective versus
non-effective items, gender or ethnic bias, validity of items)
- Effect of voice gender (woman's vs man's voice) on multimedia test results
- Collection of norms in both psychiatric and non-psychiatric populations
