I am interested in the construction of genomic maps and functional analysis of microbial as well as insect genomes using a variety of bioinformatic tools. My research is also focused on evaluating the attenuation of hemodynamic responses to laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation using a number of new and old generations of drugs such as diltiazem, lidocaine, and fentanyl. |
